I'm glad that somebody noble created the system for allowing consumers to feedback on products. For example, when buyers of garments are displeased with the absurd service standards of the sales associates, they can always write a complaint or feedback to do justice.
Education imparts the newer generation with many lifelong knowledge, allowing us to step into the hush working society proper. Sometimes we learn it by ourselves, other times we learn it the harder way.
On the other end of the system, many may be warm hearted to see the pleasing comments planted. Giving commendations to the well-deserved is nothing less than short-changing their feelings, devotion and most importantly, their true passion for their doings.
The less deserving ones ought to be punished. The ones who are not doing their proper jobs, who are very much less hardworking, who seeks the easy way out (and yet making it so darn obvious). Truly, these are the ones who do not seek consensus in the well-being minds of ours.
When filing in for comments into these systems, I believe we are in clear state of mind. No corruption whatsoever. But what needs to be addressed is the way the system is being reviewed.
If the implementation of such system is for the well being and benefit for an organization's growth, reputation and (I believe more importantly) profit gaining, then it should be treated seriously.
But then again, what's the use if it's there and nobody bothers to take action. This has to be addressed, instantaneous action needed. It's no longer a problem, it's turned for the worse - a crisis.
